Yandruwandha
Yandruwandha was spoken in the Lakes Country of northeastern South Australia. The list below refers to the Innamincka dialect, which was studied by
Gavan Breen in 1971-1976 (Breen 2015a; Breen 2015b). The last speakers of Innamincka Yandruwandha were Benny Kerwinn and his wife Tim Guttie.
Benny’s last session as a linguistic informant was a day before he died on 8th January 1976. Information on other closely related idioms such as Strzelecki
Yandruwandha, Yawarrawarrka and Nhirrpi is given when it was possible.
